I lost my progress
Your progress is saved on your device and, if iCloud is on, copied to your own iCloud. After reinstalling the game or on a second device, sign in with the same Apple ID and open the game: it offers to continue from your iCloud save. If your progress does not come back, write to us with your player code.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the shop in the game and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the list. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. If a purchase is still missing, send us your player code and we will look it up.
Why do I see ads?
You can choose to watch a short video for a reward: an extra heart, an undo or a booster. From level 20, an ad may also appear now and then between levels. On iOS you decide whether the game may track you for ads; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can change your ad choices any time with Privacy choices in the game's settings. What is my player code?
The game creates a random code that starts with FD- (for example FD-7K3Q2A). You find it in the game's Settings; tap it to copy it. Please paste it into every support e-mail so we can find your purchases. The code is not linked to your name or e-mail address.
